Our room was the garden cottage, it was light and airy, very comfortable. Wife loved the heated bathroom floor. The breakfast every morning was great.The conversation and guests were very nice and friendly.Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Me and my boyfriend stayed one night here for Valentine's Day and it was perfect! Rick was so helpful on the phone when booking this stay, messages with details right before the stay and during! We stayed at the Mr. and Mrs. Graves Suite it was amazing room was large with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The 2 person Jacuzzi tub was perfect for relaxing and the hanging out by the fireplace in the living room. The private entrance with our own code and not needing to check in at a specific time was perfect since we were coming straight from dinner and didn't know exactly what time we would be arriving. We had a door that lead straight from our room to the dining area and kitchen. We were surprised by how quiet it was in the morning we couldn't hear anybody cooking or talking. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was kind, and the french bulldog Ivy was the cutest! Definitely recommend staying here it beat any hotel and I'm hoping to be back soon!

The most amazing stay I’ve had anywhere. Me and my husband stayed the night of our wedding and it was perfect. Absolutely no complains- clean, beautiful, and private. The breakfast was amazing, I recommend the French toast & yogurt parfait, Rick makes the yogurt fresh.

We stayed in Log Cabin #1 which was lovely. Liked the layout of the cabin and bathroom. Enjoyed the seating on the back deck overlooking the grounds which are very well maintained. The room was very comfortable and delighted us very much. Enjoyed a morning walk in the (vacant) fairgrounds next door. Lovely views. Rick was a great host. Breakfast was wonderful as were the fresh baked cookies awaiting us upon our arrival and more sent with us as we departed.

It’s not often that I travel to a place to visit an attraction (in this case The Ark Encounter) and actually enjoy my accommodations as much or more than the sight! Four girlfriends and I lucked into the Willis Graves B&B in Burlington, KY! What a precious place! We had the whole Log Cabin to ourselves. It is beautifully appointed, sparkling clean with cozy robes, a back deck, an espresso machine with plenty of coffee, a frig, wonderful bath with shower and soaking tub, a warm fireplace and fire pit next to it with all the s’mores fixings. Rick was the most gracious host and cooked us the most incredible, individually ordered breakfasts for us for 3 straight mornings! His kitchen is the most inviting place where we shared lots of laughs and stories with him. The dining room is beautifully set with Blue Willow china and every thing you could wish for from individual honey and jam pots to the best teas and coffee! We had an unexpected snowfall on the first morning and Rick cleared the paths and the snow from our car. The B&B is very convenient to the airport, the Ark and the Creation Museum. There is a lovely restaurant and bar, The Tousey House Tavern within walking distance of the B&B in Burlington. Stay here! You won’t be sorry!!!

We just stayed at Willis Graves B&B for the second year in a row, and loved it. The title, 'Bed & Breakfast' really raises the bar at Willis Graves, as the breakfasts are incredible, and truly filling, while the accommodations are excellent in every way. The grounds are simply beautiful, and we enjoyed spending several hours just gazing at the beautiful landscaping and watching all the wildlife. The host, Rick, is a most amazing cook and baker, and his meals are excellent. I would personally recommend his oatmeal cookies, which are baked by him, as well as the excellent sugar cookies. All in all, we've not found a B&B that even comes close to Willis Graves, and I do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone intending to visit the nearby Ark Project, or the Creation Museum.

My wife and I spent a weekend here in the Mr. and Mrs. Graves Suite and we loved it! Modern amenities mixed with 19th century accoutrements create a uniquely comfortable atmosphere, replete with character. The owner, Rick, is a wonderful host and culinary artisan! The property is beautiful and well maintained. I personally loved that the property is traced along its edge by a flowing stream next to the gas-fueled fire pit. Burlington itself, a 5 minute walk away, is a neat little town with some great places for dinner. The Nespresso machine (pic 1) in our room made a great espresso complete with foaming froth! And it's only 12 minutes away from the Creation museum (pic 2) which is a definite must-see for anyone who wants to know the salvific truth in this world of lies! We will definitely be back. Put simply—this place is absolutely wonderful! We stayed in the upstairs log cabin suite for a mini honeymoon after our wedding in early May of ‘26. We were surprised to find that the space was actually bigger than pictured online. The room and bathroom were not only spacious but luxurious and well equipped. The room itself was so wonderful we had a hard time leaving to do activities in the area. On the area, this place is perfectly situated for you to choose to spend quiet time in the local town or make a short drive into Cincinnati. The restaurants near the lodge are walkable and delightfully local. Beyond the location, our host Rick was great! He offered quick and insightful text responses to any question we had before and during our stay. He was friendly to talk with during our breakfast—which itself was a consistently wonderful experience every morning (I recommend the mocha and yogurt parfait as a daily necessity), and and he did his best to make our stay as welcoming as possible. If you want a place with great accommodations, great food, and a great host at a great price in a wonderful but accessible small town location—this is it!

Willis Graves is the rare destination where you can completely step away from the world and allow yourself to be peacefully spoiled. The care you feel, but are not intruded upon by, comes directly from the owner, Rick, and his staff, who go above and beyond to ensure every guest is pampered. The historic charm and elegance of the property is surprisingly matched with luxurious rooms that provide ultimate comfort. Every detail Rick and his team deliver with care, help you unwind. The pampering extends to the dining room, which is worth visiting all by itself. Rick's gourmet breakfasts blew me away. I don't make a habit of talking about yogurt, but the homemade yogurt is so good, it can't be ignored and perfectly encapsulates the care that Rick puts into every aspect of your stay at WG. If you tire of your room, and that may take a while, relax by the outdoor fire pit, or take a very short walk into Burlington, which matches Willis Graves' charm with local attractions, restaurants, and boutiques. Willis Graves Bed and Breakfast is a masterpiece of hospitality. When you leave, you'll feel rejuvenated and ready for the world again. Thanks Rick!
